For pillows various fillings are available and which is best suited depends partly on youre sleeping position. If you sleep on youre back we recommend a moderately firm pillow. If you are a side sleeper a solid and thick pillow is better because it filles the space between your head and the mattress. A stomach sleeper needs a very thin pillow because a thick cushion stresses the cervical spine due to the sleeping position.
