The importance of a good pillow is frequently underestimated. A good pillow relaxes the neck muscles and prevent neck and back pain. For pillows various fillings are available and which is best suited depends partly on youre sleeping position. If you sleep on youre back we recommend a moderately firm pillow. If you are a side sleeper a solid and thick pillow is better because it filles the space between your head and the mattress. A stomach sleeper needs a very thin pillow because a thick cushion stresses the cervical spine due to the sleeping position.
