Questions regarding shipping and delivery time
1.1 How high are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs for the UK, France and other EU and non-EU countries vary and depend on the volume and weight of your order. In addition, your home address also plays a role in connection with the trip that your order will make. This can vary due to the volume of products such as mattresses, garden sets and umbrellas.
1.2 When will I have my order at home?
The normal duration for a forwarding shipment is four to six days. This also depends on the delivery area within Europe. A parcel service shipment usually takes two to four days.
The delivery times are given in working days - working days in the sense of the delivery time are Monday to Friday. Saturday does not count as a working day.
You can check your shipment history in the email you received to confirm the shipment.
1.3 Which provider do you deliver with?
We are currently delivering furniture forwarding consignments with Mainfreight and Dachser. In the parcel service area, we currently work primarily on together with DHL and DPD.
1.4 Can I collect my order personally?
You are welcome to pick up your order from us in Bovenkarspel, provided that the desired items are in our central warehouse in Bovenkarspel. Please call us or write us an email.
We then check in which of our two warehouses the goods are currently located and can combine your order in Bovenkarspel for collection. There may be half a day time needed for the merge.
